APPLICATION

This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to suppliers and partners.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to show Buildmedia’s compliance and proactiveness regarding its social responsibility, particularly in the categories of environmental, philanthropic and ethical responsibilities.

PRINCIPLES

Environmental

We recognise the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing of garbage and using chemical substances. Apart from legal obligations, we seek to proactively protect the environment via recycling, conserving energy and using environmentally-friendly technologies and practices. Philanthropic

We may initiate and support community and educational programmes by beginning partnerships with schools to create internships and educational opportunities for young people. We can provide support to nonprofit organisations or movements to promote cultural and economic development of global and local communities.

Ethical

In addition to respecting and operating within the law, we will always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights. We promote safe and fair dealings, respect toward the consumer and anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices. We will not risk the health or safety of our employees or community. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MONITORING COMPLIANCE

The Company Shareholders, led by the Managing Director, is responsible for monitoring compliance with this policy and assessing ways to continually improve.
