This policy applies to all employees of Buildmedia.
This policy shows Buildmedia’s commitment to meet its responsibility to respect internationally and locally recognised human rights standards. This includes the rights set out in the International Bill of Human Rights, the principles concerning fundamental rights set out in the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and New Zealand’s Human Rights Act 1993.
Ethical Business Conduct
We’re committed to the highest standards of business ethics which govern the conduct of our business operations for all employees. We require all business on behalf of Buildmedia to be conducted with honesty and integrity in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We believe all our employees deserve to be treated with integrity and respect. Therefore, we promote a work environment of transparency and trust. Forced Labour and Human Trafficking

Child Labour
We do not engage in or condone the unlawful employment or exploitation of children.
The Company Shareholders, led by the Managing Director, is responsible for monitoring compliance with this policy and reporting any breaches to the remaining shareholders and Studio Manager.
