APPLICATION

This policy applies to all employees of Buildmedia

PURPOSE

This policy is intended to provide a framework to ensure that all employees of Buildmedia have a legal right to work.

PRINCIPLES

Buildmedia will run checks via VisaView to determine that new employees are legally allowed to work.

In the event that an employee has been found to not have a legal right to work, or have fraudulently represented their right to work, employment will be terminated.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MONITORING COMPLIANCE

The Hiring Manager is responsible for monitoring compliance with this policy and reporting any breaches to the Studio Manager, Managing Director and company shareholders and appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted by the investigation.
